Hi there! Long time…no podcast.
Not for the want of trying. Just ask @NiftyTechBlog who recorded two shows with me. One was time-sensetive, and that got dated rather quickly. Then we have the second show which is still relevant, but gathering cobwebs and needs to be posted.
So what is holding me up?
- Bringing Organization to the House (Things were so out-of-control, I swore I saw A&E on my doorstep…)
- KiwiCon (a massive cookout)
- Balticon
- Weekends Out-of-Town
- Birthday Parties
- End of School
- Camps and Classes
- Fourth of July
- Rewrites for a novel (more to come on that!)
In other words, life happened. I love my podcast, and I love my flock in the Bird House; when life comes calling, I choose not to miss a moment. Still, with every Follow Friday, I am reminded of how long it has been since I posted a podcast…
This doesn’t mean I haven’t been planning and plotting. Coming soon, we have…

So yes, things have been quiet at the Bird House but there is content on the way. Bear with me, tweet me anytime with a show topic you’d like me to cover, and feel free to comment here! I’m still flying high in the Twitterverse and looking forward to tweeting with you.
And that second show now needs an update because new stuff has come out. Maybe if it ever comes out we can do a follow-up show?
And will we ever recapture the podcasting glory that was that first, now horribly dated, show?
I hope you can carve out some editing time for the audio you’ve got in the can. I’d offer to help… but I haven’t done that stuff yet. And you’d re-do it when I sent it back so that it would be *just* right. Your production monkey needs a fix!
